On Thursday, the weather forecast from Environment Canada will be mostly cloudy, with a mix of sun and cloud around noon. Smoke from wildfires remains a problem. Today’s maximum temperature is 15 C with an overnight minimum of 10 C. Rain is expected tomorrow, while the first snow of the season could fall on some highways in BC from Friday afternoon. The weather bureau has issued a special weather warning for snow on elevated highway passes, including the Coquihalla Highway from Hope to Merritt and Highway 3 from Hope to Princeton.
