Men charged after neighborhood conflict in western Sydney

Police visited Lang Crescent in Blackett around 12:20 p.m. on Saturday after reports of a row over noise.

Officers were told that several projectiles had been thrown between two houses before a physical altercation was alleged to have occurred.

A 35-year-old man was found with a head injury and was taken to Westmead Hospital in serious but stable condition.

Two men, aged 19 and 35, were arrested and charged with injuring a person with intent to cause both grievous bodily harm and an argument.

Both men were denied bail.
